We build AI tools that analyze phone conversations between care managers and patients, surfacing insights, automating documentation, and helping close care gaps—so teams can focus on what matters most: delivering better care.
As a Product Analyst, you’ll be responsible for analyzing data to support the company’s product strategy and drive measurable impact. This includes informing the product roadmap with data, generating customer-specific insights, evaluating feature performance, and supporting experimentation and iteration. You’ll work with a uniquely rich dataset – conversations between patients and care teams – that captures the human side of healthcare: medical challenges, social needs, and moments of trust, confusion, and empathy.
This role goes far beyond executing analyses. You’ll apply product thinking, shape how problems are framed, and guide what questions we ask of the data. You’ll help customers understand what their data is telling them, translate insights into action, and ensure our tools drive real outcomes—whether it’s improving care delivery, highlighting training gaps, or surfacing missed opportunities.
