What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Japanese native speaker to join the team managing the relationship with our customers in Japan. 

This will include participating in customer meetings both online and onsite. Being the customer’s voice internally to align with customer expectations. Promoting customer expansion by meeting customers’ expected business goals and communicating Planck’s value.

What will be your role?

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive product adoption/usage and ensure customers are leveraging Planck’s solutions to achieve their business goals.
  • Act as the internal customer champion by advocating for the prioritization of needed product enhancements, and manage customer expectations accordingly.
  • Working closely with various internal teams including Sales, Data Specialists, Customer Operations, R&D, and Product to coordinate and execute customer’s product and business needs.
  • Assist in both written and verbal communication with Japanese customers

Requirements:

What should you have?

  • At least 3 Years experience working as an account manager in the Japanese Market
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English
  • Previous experience in a SaaS company- An advantage 
  • Previous experience in Insurance or Financial services- An advantage 
  • Excellent project management skills and experience leveraging internal resources and external partners to execute against deadlines.
  • Consistently stand out as a relationship builder amongst your peers.
  • Understanding of AI, data modeling, and analytics or related fields is required.
