We are seeking an entry level Data Ops & Support Specialist to join our dynamic Operations team and play a critical role in ensuring data quality and providing exceptional technical support. This role combines problem-solving, data handling, and customer-facing skills, focusing on managing data flow from various banks and platforms into our product. You will troubleshoot data issues, monitor data quality, and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.
