The company was founded by experienced entrepreneurs and executives from successful direct-to-consumer, SaaS, and public companies (ex. Harvard, Facebook, BCG, EY, MOD, Mixtiles, Private equity, Otonomo, and even an Olympic athlete). 

We are seeking an entry level Data Ops & Support Specialist to join our dynamic Operations team and play a critical role in ensuring data quality and providing exceptional technical support. This role combines problem-solving, data handling, and customer-facing skills, focusing on managing data flow from various banks and platforms into our product. You will troubleshoot data issues, monitor data quality, and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Perform daily monitoring and control to ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Provide assistance and backup coverage to our data team 
  • Diagnose and resolve data and technical issues encountered by customers and internal teams
  • Come up with intermediate solutions to provide customers with a quick resolution time 
  • Provide Tier 1-2 technical support to our customers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer journey
  • Own onboarding tasks such as, setting up connectivity for new banks, importing their historical data, and setting up new users in our platform 
  • Perform QA for data automation processes to ensure they meet our standards.
Requirements:

Who are you?

  • Up to 2 years experience in data or support roles 
  • Technical degree – Industrial Engineering and Management or equivalent 
  • Passion for problem – solving with strong hands-on technical abilities 
  • Analytical orientation – know your way around numbers, comfortable with data tools and dashboards
  • Detail oriented and organized – detect abnormalities and work structurally
  • Self deduct and full owner 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers and internal teams
  • Fluent English – MUST
  • Fintech background – advantage
