About The Position

OX Security, a fast-growing cybersecurity company and leader in the software supply chain security field, is looking for a talented and self-driven individual to take full ownership of our PPC & Demand Generation efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for building, managing and expanding our digital campaigns from ideation to execution, constantly searching for new growth opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong PPC background in Google Ads, B2B marketing, and a data-driven growth mindset.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage, optimize, and expand our PPC & demand gen channels 
  • Hands-on management and full ownership of Google and Bing acquisition channels.
  • Manage other PPC platforms, such as Linkedin & ABM – Experience with 6sense or other ABM platforms a plus)
  • Report, analyze, and optimize all paid media campaigns, including keywords, audiences, bids, ads, quality score and other valuable performance metrics, to achieve continuous growth and reach account goals.
  • Initiate and manage the production of marketing assets (LPs, banners, etc.) and A/B testing of new creatives.
  • Manage budgets, allocating resources between channels, reporting on pipeline targets, and continually optimizing campaigns to increase ROI.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing global SEM campaigns on Google Search & Bing Ads with over $100k monthly budget – A MUST! 
  • Proven experience managing annual campaigns with a budget of over $150k on LinkedIn
  • Strong experience managing demand generation and lead generation campaigns for a technical audience, at scale
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and Excel skills (pivots, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Results-driven individual that understands B2B KPIs (MQLs, SQLs)
  • Fluent in verbal and written English (with the ability to write PPC ads)
  • Above all else, you are self-motivated, and independent, possess a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong CRM and marketing automation skills (Hubspot & Salesforce)
  • Previous PPC / demand gen experience in cyber security – A BIG PLUS! 
  • B.Sc. Industrial Engineer or equivalent economics/quantitative degree – a plus
