OX is looking for experienced Sales Engineers who are passionate about working cross functionally in support of the entire prospect to customer lifecycle. Candidates must have a proven track record of working effectively with sales leadership, product engineer, customer success, product marketing, etc. helping evangelize OX’s unique value proposition, while finding creative solutions to each customer’s unique technical and business software supply chain challenges. You will configure and customize unique demonstrations and proofs of value to accelerate buying decisions.  

You will build lasting relations and trusted advisor status in several areas including, but not limited to, Ox Solutions, software supply chain trends, commercial and open source software tooling, and cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will work tirelessly to help our customers achieve the maximum value from our solution. 

This position is based in the US and requires regular travel to prospects and clients in the US. 

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate pre and post sales during the entire customer lifecycle
  • Communicate with clients to understand their business use cases
  • Master OX’s capabilities and explain them to clients
  • Help clients plan and implement technical integrations
  • Work with teams across the entire organization to work collaboratively
  • Integrate customer feedback to influence product roadmap
  • Create tools, workflows and processes to enhance customer experience
Requirements:

What you’ll bring

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field 
  • Strong proficiency in the end-to-end SDLC and related CI/CD process
  • Strong proficiency in software tooling (commercial & open source) solutions  
  • Ability to create and deliver world class demonstrations and training experience
  • Robust technical reasoning with a systems engineering skillset
  • Mastery of the technical sales process
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles 
  • Thrive in a creative technical role assisting prospects, clients, and partners alike
  • Experience in sales, in a sales engineering capacity, selling to the C-Suite
  • Ability to travel within the US up to 50%
