About The Position

OX Security, a leader in software supply chain security, is looking for a Head of Revenue Marketing to own OX’s sales pipeline. In this role, you will work closely with sales, customer experience, and other teams to drive adoption of OX. The ideal candidate is likely a head of demand generation or revenue marketing in a successful B2B organization.

This role will require thoughtful design and experimentation to develop new ways for OX to engage and partner with OX’s clients around the world. This will include events, thought leadership campaigns, account-based marketing, and other marketing programs. In addition, your team will develop strategies to connect with senior enterprise decision makers that may not yet be familiar with OX.

This position can be based in Israel or the East Coast (US) and reports directly to our VP Marketing.

What you’ll do

  • Making sales easier
  • Leading inbound strategy to drive marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue
  • Responsible for growing inbound-sourced pipeline and revenue
  • Building partnerships between GTM functions to drive company-wide pipeline and revenue goals
  • Hire and serve a team of marketing operations, paid, organic search, account-based, and events
  • Managing budgets, allocating resources between channels, reporting on pipeline targets, and continually optimizing campaigns. In other words, “Show me the money!”
  • Creating, pitching, and executing creative account-based campaigns
  • Refine lead and account scoring models, nurture programs, and marketing attribution model––optimizing them to expedite opportunity creation
  • Test channels to drive demand and brand awareness with our buyer
Requirements:
  • 7+ years enterprise demand generation experience with pipeline ownership driving $25M+ in annual revenue
  • Experience leading teams of teams (10+ marketers)
  • Previous successful experience with Product Lead Growth (PLG)
  • Strong ability to closely collaborate with sales on demand strategy
  • Proven experience developing programs that accelerate large deal sales pipeline maturity
  • Ability to build a scalable, profitable demand machine including proficiency with a wide variety of demand channels
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, and target focused
  • Strong leadership and the ability to partner effectively across the organization
  • Deep skills in marketing campaign development, execution and leveraging data and analytics (CPC, CTR, open rate, CPL, CPA, EPC, etc.) to improve results and increase ROI
