OX Security-Director of Product Marketing

About The Position

Ox Security, a fast-growing cyber security company and a leader in the software supply chain security field, is looking for a Product Marketing Leader to join our growing marketing team, to lead OX security’s product marketing efforts. This role combines strategic planning and hands-on execution, where you’ll be responsible for building our messaging and positioning, managing new feature launches, and making the selling process easier.

This position is based in Tel Aviv and you would report directly to our VP of Growth.

What you’ll do

  • Plan, build, and manage our product marketing strategy and roadmap
  • Define use cases and product messaging, positioning, and value propositions
  • Become a subject matter expert in software supply chain security with an in-depth understanding of the market and products, including overall value proposition, features, functionality, and the verticals and use cases in which they are relevant
  • Plan the launches of new product features and releases to drive interest and product adoption. This includes creating product videos, emails, blog posts, etc.,  and managing the cross-functional implementation of the plan
  • Drive the core message and strategy for customer-facing materials and sales enablement collaterals, from white papers to videos to pitch decks, working closely with content creators
  • Become a leading contributor to OX’s webinar and community marketing –  planning and execution (on-demand)
  • Build and maintain our ICP and actual buyer persona documentation
  • Build and maintain our market intelligence efforts
  • Lead the production of customer case studies and the submission of customer reviews

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of product marketing experience at an enterprise-focused software or SaaS company is required. (Preferably from the cyber industry)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills; as well as strong messaging skills
  • Proven track record of leading successful product launches
  • Proven track record of marketing to highly technical audiences. You must be comfortable working with and marketing to technical buyers within enterprises
  • You have owned the marketing of a product or product line
  • Native English speaker, A MUST!
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Data-driven, analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Strong communicator (verbal and written) that can turn research into actionable insights
  • Always willing to roll up your sleeves and get scrappy
