About the founders: Neatsun Ziv & Lior Arzi spent the last decade running the Cyber Division at Check Point, where they gained unique experience and insights securing their own development cycles. They’re now leveraging this experience to build Ox Security with the mission of securing the modern product development process.

About The Position: We are looking for a hunter Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our rapidly growing sales team. As part of the team, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and growing pipelines and opportunities.

Success in this role is being a team player that drives meaningful relationships, nurtures them, and ensures continuous qualified pipelines and opportunities.

We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced work environment, who is a hunter, smart, and is able to learn new topics quickly, with the ability to execute multiple complex projects at once. 

This individual should have a successful track record of building and driving pipelines, alongside passion and experience in modern data stack.

This role predominantly reaches out to the North American market and thus requires a high proficiency level of English.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect into accounts within your territory and find leads to qualify for your Enterprise Sales counterpart
  • Generate an effective pipeline through the creation of new Sales Qualified Leads (SQL’s)
  • Email, call, and send LinkedIn messages to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly goals, to fill the pipeline with well-qualified sales opportunities.
  • Manage the introduction meetings, product demos, and tech deep dives- learning from the interactions and improving your hunt.
  • Utilize Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and other tools, to research, generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Capture, track and analyze all contacts, accounts, leads, and opportunities in CRM and sales tools database. 
  • Manage inbound inquiries and lead management.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience as an SDR/BDR, or inside sales professional in a B2B SaaS technology company.
  • Must be a ‘hunter’
  • Security industry experience a plus.
  • Experience working in a startup.
  • Analytical and tech-savvy 
  • Relationship-building expertise with global C- level executives.
  • Ability to digest large volumes of information and synthesize key takeaways.
  • Experienced working with CRM and SDR tools (ZoomInfo / LinkedIn Navigator / Salesforce / Outreach …)
  • Team player with a passion for a fast-paced environment.
  • English- High Proficiency
