About The Position

Sygnia is looking for a Director for OT Security in North America. The successful candidates’ primary responsibility will be to drive the growth of our OT Security business in North America, by identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and expanding our customer base. S/he will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies for the Industrial market in North American, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with Sygnia’s internal teams to deliver our premium OT Security – as well as other Cybersecurity – services in a way that meets customer needs. To achieve these goals, the candidate should have a top-notch service approach, excellent communication skills and the ability to learn from and work with the best in the field. 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master’s or MBA degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in OT Security, Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and/or Critical Infrastructure Protection
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Director or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the OT Security sector
  • Strong understanding of OT systems, concepts, protocols, solutions and associated security challenges
  • Good knowledge of OT Security frameworks, standards, and regulations
  • Familiarity with relevant compliance requirements such as NERC CIP, ISA/IEC 62443, and others
  • Experience in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and risk management strategies – advantage.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GICSP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development & sales strategy for Sygnia’s OT Security services in North America, in alignment with the company’s overall strategy, goals and objectives. Identify target markets, industries, and potential customers to maximize revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the OT Security market segment. Identify opportunities for new services or partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects in the Industrial & OT Security space. Understand their business challenges, requirements, and pain points related to cybersecurity. Collaborate with internal teams at Sygnia to address client needs effectively.
  • Lead the development of compelling proposals and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of Sygnia’s OT security services to clients and prospects. Deliver engaging presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline for Sygnia’s OT Security and related cybersecurity services in the North American market. Track and prioritize leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using the company’s CRM and sales-support tools. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network, generate leads, and promote our OT Security expertise. Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, publish articles, and participate in relevant industry forums to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including service-line management, marketing, and technical teams to align business development plans, ensure consistent messaging, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
