Noogata is searching for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People team as we scale and strengthen the correlation between talents and business.   • Full ownership of recruitment cycle: CV screening, coordinating interviews, sourcing candidates, conducting phone and in-depth frontal interviews, etc.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process while working alongside the hiring managers to align your hiring decisions with our business needs and the company’s culture
  • Create job descriptions and understand the position and team requirements; be a thought-partner for managers and executives on talent acquisition and retention
  • Build and design the recruitment infrastructure such as referral program, screening process, implement recruitment System. Sourcing passive talents through referrals, networking and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, community forums, Facebook, etc.
  • Provide data-driven reporting of recruiting process, strive for continuous improvement
  • Support on-going HR activities
Requirements:
  • 3+ years hands-on experience as a Technical RecruiterTalent Acquisition Partner in a startuphigh growth tech company
  • Ambitious recruiter, with a growth mindset and a creative way of thinking
  • Demonstrated experience with full-cycle global recruiting, including interview techniques and evaluation methods 
  • A sense of urgency and ability to prioritize simultaneous tasks and projects
  • Fantastic team player, who collaborates with partners at all levels, strong team player, positive and can-do approach
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills (Hebrew and English)
