We are seeking a skilled NOC Engineer to join our fast-paced and growing organization. The NOC Engineer will monitor and maintain the health and stability of our client’s application. The successful candidate will have a strong network engineering and Linux background with a passion for troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Please note that the position implies working EU working week – from Monday to Friday.

Requirements:
  • Monitor network and system performance to ensure availability and reliability
  • Respond to network and system alerts, troubleshoot and resolve incidents in a timely manner, per committed SLA 
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex network and system issues
  • Participate in the implementation of network and system upgrades, maintenance, and patches
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network and system incidents
  • Document network and system incidents, solutions, and knowledge articles
  • Perform daily checks to ensure network and system health and stability
  • Writing playbooks for repetitive issues with available solutions/WA
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24×7 support
