About The Position
Monogoto is a cloud-based and API-driven global cellular connectivity provider, implementing secure IoT connectivity and Private 5G and LTE networks. The company offers an Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) solution for the IoT industry and enterprise companies.
Responsibilities
- Managing tickets at CRM platform
- Guide our customers and support them through their journey with us
- Monitoring network activity for abnormalities
- Consulting/assisting colleagues from other departments (e.g. sales, operation)
- Working together with other team members in order to improve customer Service procedures
- Assisting with other tasks provided by other team members
