About The Position
Monogoto is a cloud-based and API-driven global cellular connectivity provider, implementing secure IoT connectivity and Private 5G and LTE networks. The company offers an Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) solution for the IoT industry and enterprise companies.
Your role will include:
- Set marketing goals and objectives
- Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy
- Contribute to the overall growth of the company
- Review and manage content marketing strategy
- Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads. Determine and track KPIs for the marketing department
- Direct and support market research collection, analysis,and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports
- Manage marketing budget and expenditures
- Work closely with the product department to align product and marketing strategies
- Work with sales and development and customer success teams
- Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy
- Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions
- Analyze company’s marketing strategy and suggest improvements
- Stay up to date with the latest technology
- Stay up to date with the latest best practices
- Attend marketing conferences and educational programs
- Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns
- Develop product positioning, value proposition, messaging,
- competitive differentiation, and go-to-market strategies. Real passion
- for crafting a compelling story that drives people to action
- Lead all marketing initiatives end-to-end; brand marketing, content
- marketing, lead generation, partnerships, and communications
- Establish clear KPIs and processes for reporting on the effectiveness
- of marketing efforts while owning the marketing budget
- Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team
- Craft marketing assets and sales collateral to highlight the benefits of
- Sternum, including presentations, solution briefs, case studies, our
- website, e-mail funnels, white papers, videos, blog posts, sales tools and webcasts
- Create and execute go-to-market plans for new products and
- markets – including open-source campaigns and penetrating new
- markets with new product offerings
- Be an important partner in product strategy; advise on market
- potential, pricing, distribution channels, and launch sequencing for all products
- Develop and maintain competitive positioning for key competitors and
- ensure sales team is prepared to address competitive objections
- Grow the marketing team through hiring, training and development
