About The Position

Monogoto is a cloud-based and API-driven global cellular connectivity provider, implementing secure IoT connectivity and Private 5G and LTE networks. The company offers an Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) solution for the IoT industry and enterprise companies.

Your role will include:

  • Set marketing goals and objectives
  • Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy
  • Contribute to the overall growth of the company
  • Review and manage content marketing strategy 
  • Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads. Determine and track KPIs for the marketing department
  • Direct and support market research collection, analysis,and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports
  •  Manage marketing budget and expenditures
  • Work closely with the product department to align product and marketing strategies
  • Work with sales and development and customer success teams
  • Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy
  • Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions
  • Analyze company’s marketing strategy and suggest improvements
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology
  • Stay up to date with the latest best practices
  • Attend marketing conferences and educational programs
  • Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns
  • Develop product positioning, value proposition, messaging,
  • competitive differentiation, and go-to-market strategies. Real passion
  • for crafting a compelling story that drives people to action
  • Lead all marketing initiatives end-to-end; brand marketing, content
  • marketing, lead generation, partnerships, and communications
  • Establish clear KPIs and processes for reporting on the effectiveness
  • of marketing efforts while owning the marketing budget
  • Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team
  • Craft marketing assets and sales collateral to highlight the benefits of
  • Sternum, including presentations, solution briefs, case studies, our
  • website, e-mail funnels, white papers, videos, blog posts, sales tools and webcasts
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans for new products and
  • markets – including open-source campaigns and penetrating new
  • markets with new product offerings
  • Be an important partner in product strategy; advise on market
  • potential, pricing, distribution channels, and launch sequencing for all products
  • Develop and maintain competitive positioning for key competitors and
  • ensure sales team is prepared to address competitive objections
  • Grow the marketing team through hiring, training and development
  • 15 years experience in marketing
  • Being customer-centric
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, SalesForce, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of big data analysis
  • Regularly produce and present reports
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation skills 
  • MA in Marketing, Management or similar relevant field
  • Additional marketing certifications are a plus
