We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Operations Specialist who thrives in the dynamic environment of B2B SaaS. This role is ideal for someone who loves leveraging marketing technology, optimizing data processes, and driving campaign performance to fuel Go-To-Market success. You’ll be at the forefront of our marketing operations, with HubSpot as the central platform, supported by Salesforce integration. We offer a competitive salary. salary range will be around 120,000-140,000 Annually

Requirements:
  • Maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM and marketing databases to ensure data quality.
  • Manage data hygiene, lead enrichment, and intent-based lead qualification.
  • Establish Prospect → MQL pipelines with automated scoring, tiering, and targeting systems.
  • Support campaigns with streamlined workflows and optimized ABM strategies.
  • Monitor engagement through email deliverability and sequence performance.
  • Manage and scale tools like HubSpot, SalesForce, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Common Room, and HotJar.
  • Optimize workflows, implement intent scoring, and oversee referral tracking.
  • Develop KPI tracking, attribution models, and actionable insights for reporting.
