Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will be a key contributor in executing Harmonya’s go-to-market efforts across demand generation, content, events, and campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with a background in B2B marketing who thrives on variety, moves quickly, and wants to directly influence pipeline generation.
This is a high-impact execution role that supports our ability to scale what’s working and experiment with new initiatives. You’ll work closely with marketing leadership to bring campaigns to life, support sales with personalized content, and manage the logistics and promotion of both digital and field events.
We’re looking for someone who blends creativity with operational excellence. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product, and gain visibility into how demand is created, captured, and converted across a modern B2B funnel. This role offers exposure to every part of the marketing motion, and ownership over the pieces that make it run.
