What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our technical writing team.

We are looking for someone who quickly grasps complex systems, enjoys working with a team, and above all, is passionate about efficiently delivering crisp, clear product documentation to several audiences across multiple platforms.

At Illusive, the Technical Writer is a key participant in product design and development. Documentation is a way of offering value to our sales team, support teams, and ultimately improving the Illusive customer experience

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience writing about technical, complex topics, with a preference for experience in cybersecurity.
• In-depth understanding of the principles of technical software documentation for technical audiences.
• A Technical Writing certificate and/or experience writing documentation for software as a service.
• Ability to develop high-quality technical documentation through collaboration with Software Engineers and Product Managers.
• A team player with great communication skills, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Mother-tongue English with excellent writing skills.
• Business-level spoken and written Hebrew
• Ability to handle multiple projects.
• Ability to work in Agile mode.
• The ability to work under tight deadlines
