In this role you will –

  • Assist the Professional Services & Partners with challenges during an implementation at clients 
  • Providing technical support to customers and partners
  • Support our top tier customers with handling complex issues
  • Troubleshoot and replicate issues in our labs
  • Become the technical trusted advisor of our clients
  • Act as an escalation point for our global teams
  • Knowledge base creation and improvement

***This position includes 10-15% travel abroad***

Requirements:
  • +2 years in customer support escalation / Premium teams
  • Proven experience in security company
  • Dealing with large accounts and complex environments
  • Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Windows Server OS
  • Excellent communication skills in a multinational company
  • Knowledge of Information and Data Security concepts
  • Knowledge of Network Architecture concepts
  • Excellent communication capabilities
  • Excellent inter-personal skills
  • Able to teach yourself
  • Problem solver
  • A team player
