About The Position

About illusive: 

 Illusive eliminates the human attacker’s ability to execute lateral movement attacks by removing cached credentials and connection information that allows them to live off the land and deploy deceptive data systems throughout the environment.

We catch the most sophisticated attackers by fooling them to fall into traps that we place within the customer’s environment (on-prem + cloud).

What you will do:

  • Daily administration and support of IT Systems, including but not limited to: endpoint management systems, cloud applications, identity and profile management, device configuration management, and application packaging/deployment
  • Design and maintain network architecture
  • Create architectural and design solutions to deploy and implement in IT infrastructure
  • Log and track identified system incidents, problems, and changes through resolution
  • Provide support for G Suite and Okta environments
  • Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding for employees and contractors, and work across departments to improve processes
  • Continuously improve the IT Help Desk and reduce the time to resolution of requests
  • Ensure that our workplace tech is always “up and running”— Network, Wifi, Internet Access, Zoom Rooms, Room Scheduling, Dashboards, etc
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of Help desk Experience 
  • Proven experience implementing IT tools and processes
  • Strong security background and understanding, hands-on experience with integration and maintenance of enterprise cyber security protection solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc.)
  • knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment
  • Experience with public clouds (AWS, AZURE)
  • networking knowledge including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VPN’s, FW policies, TCP/UDP, VLANs, WAN, ISP, DNS and SSL
  • Experience with setup of SSO and identity authentication systems, such as Okta, OneLogin, or other IDP’s
  • Experience in configuring VM in a public cloud environment or in VM vSphere
  • Fluent verbal and written English and Hebrew
  • Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, Powershell, Etc.) – an advantage
