In this role you will –

  • Providing technical support to customers and partners
  • Post-sale project delivery
  • Design technical solutions and write instructions
  • Create knowledge base articles based on technical issues you were able to solve
  • +3 years in customer technical support with escalation team experience
  • Proven experience in security company
  • Dealing with large accounts
  • Knowledge of Information and Data Security concepts
  • Knowledge of Network Architecture concepts
  • Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Windows OS
  • Excellent communication capabilities
  • Excellent inter-personal skills
  • Nice to have –
  • SW QA or System administrator background
  • Experience with programming
  • Experience with Linux and MacOS
  • Experience with ZenDesk or other ticketing systems
  • Enterprising and responsible
