What are we looking for?
We are looking for strong development Team-Leader to join the SW team.
Our Full-Stack spans on Angular, Java, C++ and Python and we have several team options to manage.
As a company, we are well-funded and going to grow fast in 2020-2021.
We catch the most sophisticated attackers by fooling them to fall into traps that we place within the customer’s environment (on-prem + cloud).
5+ years of hands-on development experience, working with complex systems and enterprise solutions in Java or C++ or Angular
3+ years of experience as a team leader or group manager
Proven experience with working with customers and customer-success / support organizations
Proven experience in team building and creating growth tracks to team members
Full English competency
Excellent data driven decision taking and prioritizing approaches
A mixture of startup as well as large company experience – Advantage
Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies – Advantage
Previous experience in cyber security – Advantage
