About The Position

We are looking for a top-notch, highly efficient Facilities manager who pays attention to details and has a passion for getting things right the first time.

In this position, responsibility includes creating and maintaining a pleasant work environment and ensuring a high level of organizational effectiveness and communication. You will perform a variety of tasks, supporting our executives and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities. 

Admin 

  • Be responsible for all aspects of the organization’s facilities management and premises staff to ensure the cleanliness, safety and security of the site at all times
  • First point of contact: Dealing with visitors, correspondence, and phone calls

            Supporting client/ board meetings.

  • Supporting company events or conferences (QBRs, SKOs, Company Events, etc.)
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards (Fire approvals, etc.)
  • Be responsible for all aspects of the organization’s facilities management and premises staff to ensure the cleanliness, safety and security of the site at all times
  • Manage all aspects of any facilities projects and maintenance work undertaken on site and act as a point of contact with regard to liaising with building contractors and other related professionals, including contract negotiations.
  • Review and closely monitor all Facilities-related expenditures to ensure the best value is achieved and ensure that all work is delivered in a cost-effective and timely manner.
  • Review sitting and parking arrangements for the employees.
  • Be responsible for all employees’ personal services contracts, such as cellular company, 10bis, visa issues, etc.
  • Monthly arrangement of material and invoices for bookkeeping.

HR

  • Being part of the onboarding process and performing tasks related to onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Welfare- Coordinating company events, local & global Happy-Hours, holidays, birthdays, etc.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
  • Manage relationships with vendors – searching and negotiation with potential external suppliers, external suppliers related to the office (IT, technologies, groceries, Happy Hours, etc.).
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as Office Manager (Startup High Tech environment –Must).
  • You are an executor with a positive, energetic, people-oriented approach.
  • Excellent time management skills and strong ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • English – high level – Must.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point) and email tools (as Outlook or Google calendar).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
