About The Position

Hysolate is the isolated workspace innovator, bridging the gap between enterprise endpoint security and user productivity. Hysolate is the first solution that lets you easily create Isolated workspaces on corporate and non-corporate endpoints, in minutes, and manage them from the cloud. Companies use Hysolate to: (1) protect their corporate endpoints with an isolated workspace for high risk activities, and (2) secure corporate access from unmanaged endpoints with a strong, VM-based, isolated workspace. The Vice President of Business Development is responsible for creating strategic business partnerships and driving new revenue sources for the organization. This position reports to Hysolate’s CEO and will be a member of the company’s executive team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on defining the company’s strategic business initiatives and partner ecosystem.
  • Identify and vet potential partnership deals and opportunities
  • Become an expert in the company’s products and where they sit within the larger ecosystem
  • Establish relationships and close big partnership deals which can even include M&As and other acquisitions
  • Manage business development pipeline and work with Marketing and Sales departments on key initiatives
  • 5 to 10 years of business development experience with IT/Security technology companies
  • 5+ years as a senior business development leader role
  • Proven track record of success in closing and managing product and strategic partner relationships
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT/Security industry and product categories
  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels and functions both inside and outside of the organization
  • Exceptional negotiating skills along with financial acumen.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to present material and complex matters in a succinct and organized manner
  • Ability to think critically in tactical and strategic dimensions simultaneously.
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility, trust and support with both internal and external constituents.
