This gig puts you in the co-pilot’s seat alongside our CPO and as one of the original Finouters.

What You’ll Do:

As our Head of Design, you’ll be the torchbearer for the Finout visual brand. You’ll steer the ship for our user experience, ensuring it’s revolutionary. From concept to execution, you will manage the design team while collaborating closely with our product experts, skilled engineers, and dynamic marketing team.

Requirements:
  • Lead our design teams, overseeing both marketing and product UX/UI initiatives.
  • Maintain and evolve the Finout brand aesthetic, ensuring consistency across all external touchpoints, including conference presence.
  • Prioritize usability to achieve straightforward user flows and excellent user satisfaction metrics.
  • Live and breathe usability. We’re talking sleek user journeys and off-the-charts NPS scores.
  • Drive the end-to-end feature development process, from user research to design implementation.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for user interface and user experience, setting standards for the team.
  • Ensure close collaboration with the engineering and product teams to translate designs into workable solutions.
  • Address design challenges effectively within our agile development environment.
