About the role

We are searching for an Office Manager to join our team in Tel-Aviv.

This is a great opportunity for someone with high-energy, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, comfortability with complexity and uncertainty, and the ability to manage internal and external relationships and work with executives, employees, and cross-functional teams.

 

Your responsibilities will be:

Day-to-Day Operations

  • Partner with the management to run an effective day-to-day business operation
  • Administration travels, as well as maintaining a positive attitude to handle last-minute changes.
  • Supervise supplier interactions, supply orders and track inventory and storage.
  • The finance focal point for invoices and payments. 
  • Manage the rooms usage and support meetings logistics when needed. 
  • Manage the in-building office day-to-day maintenance.
  • Notify and manage deliveries and couriers.

 

Events and Employee Experience

  • Identify and execute welfare initiatives. 
  • Manage the welfare benefits and communicate to employees.
  • Onboarding process execution for new hires.
  • Collaborate with Team8’s employee experience team on events and activities Team8 is throwing for the portfolio companies’ employees. 
  • Consistently celebrate company and employees’ successes and milestones through gifts and notes.
  • Distribute all necessary info to promote the event including the creation and posting of weekly events posters and individual event posters.
  • Ensure building-specific operational requirements are met for each event (IT, HVAC, etc).
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within startups / high-tech organizations
  • Fluent professional English – Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good at juggling tasks and ability to multitask and prioritize work 
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A great team player, people person – service oriented 
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
  • Experience with office administrative responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
