As a vital member of the marketing growth team we’re seeking a self-directed, highly organized individual with an eye for the unexpected and a track record of successfully orchestrating large-scale, complex events.

Requirements:

As an Experiential Events Manager, Your impact will be:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies for SKOs, QBRs, global trade shows, small and large scale conferences, and company-hosted events. 
  • Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end event logistics, including budgeting, vendor coordination, on-site production and execution, and post-event follow-up. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging, measurable results, and pre- and post-event engagement with target accounts. 
  • Leverage cutting-edge technology, creative storytelling, and data-driven insights to create memorable industry moments and enhance audience engagement.
  • Ensure booth design, collateral, and digital assets deliver a cohesive brand presence and resonate with attendees. 
  • Utilize exceptional project management skills to deliver events that align with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Drive success metrics, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights to optimize future events and ensure ROI aligns with financial goals.
