We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Events Marketing to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our global event strategy. This role is critical in driving brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement through high-impact conferences, trade shows, and exclusive Finout-led experiences.

The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with deep expertise in B2B event marketing, exceptional organizational skills, and a data-driven approach to event success. This role requires strong collaboration across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, as well as with external vendors and agencies.

We offer a competitive salary in the range of 170-200 OTE

Must be in-office hybrid (3X per week) [Midtown]

Requirements:
  • Own and drive Finout’s global event marketing strategy, aligning events with brand and pipeline goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of high-profile industry conferences, trade shows, customer events, and exclusive executive experiences.
  • Define event goals, KPIs, and success metrics, ensuring clear ROI measurement and reporting.
  • Guide and mentor a team (internal or external) to execute world-class events.
  • Manage and optimize event budgets, working closely with finance and legal teams on contracts and vendor negotiations.
  • Oversee agency and vendor relationships for event production, branding, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive demand generation and maximize event impact.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality execution across all event-related touchpoints.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously innovating event experiences.
  • Travel as needed for on-site event execution and management.
