About The Position

In your role as a Sales Engineer, you will report to the Head of Advanced Solutions, and will own an essential part of the customer buying journey by identifying customers’ needs and implementing solutions, while focusing on their business challenges and Duality’s value proposition. You will take part of defining the required solutions for our customers, developing best practices, assist with technical questions, and communicating technical aspects with customers. You will interact with various teams in different fields including data science, platform development, cryptography, marketing, and sales.

The position is based in Tel Aviv, Israel – WFO/H

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Leading, facilitating and performing a portfolio of cross-functional activities, including:

o Supporting product evaluations

o Application performance and functional tests

o Training and guiding customers

o Developing internal tools and utilities 

• Proactively and accurately identify prospect pain and propose creative solutions.

• Own the development of custom presentations, demonstrations, and prototypes to articulate use-cases and value to prospective enterprise customers across verticals.

• Delivering sales presentations to clients, including designing and development presentations and responding to RFPs.

• Clearly articulate technical capabilities of the products, attend and perform technical demonstrations.

• Detect functional gaps during scoping calls, analyze them and work with the Product Team and Development Teams to find a viable solution.

• Supporting the development life cycle of new features and capabilities that are required by customers from definition, through testing, to implementation. 

• Using a deep knowledge of our product suite, ensure that all implementations are executed in a way that best addresses the customers’ needs. 

• Working with our customers on product proof-of-concepts

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a pre-sale engineer, sales engineer, or solution engineer

• Experience with data analytics products, statistics, and machine learning

• Experience using Python, Linux

• Strong project management skills

• Effective interpersonal communication 

• B.Sc. graduated: Industrial engineering, Information Systems, System Engineering, or equivalent exact sciences

• Fluent in English
