About The Position

Duality is a well-funded start-up focused on enabling trust and privacy in data collaborations. We are at the forefront of Privacy Enhanced Technology (PET) solutions enabling organizations to collaborate on sensitive data. Duality was recently selected by the World Economic Forum (WEF) as a 2021 Tech Pioneer, and was recognized by Gartner as a Cool Vendor in Privacy Preservation in Analytics. Duality is looking for a star Head of HR to join our team of stars. The role reports to the CEO. At Duality, the focus on people is not a cliche – it’s a true statement – therefore The Head of HR we are looking for, must be truly passionate about people, have a growth-oriented mindset, and be an unconventional thinker. The main focus of this important role will be to help with building our organizational structure and cross team relationships as well as helping us scale by hiring talents, scouting potential candidates through various channels, and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. You will also work closely with our teams by building close relationships, becoming a trusted advisor for both employees and managers, and providing professional support to all levels to achieve the company’s goals. The company has offices both in the US as well as Israel with a more or less even split, hence you will also be assuming HR responsibilities with respect to our United States team.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and growth of the broader talent team through leadership, coaching, and team building in Israel and the United States.
  • Build high-trust and impactful relationships with employees and leaders 
  • Recruiting for different departments including global hiring while creating talent pipelines by using innovative talent acquisition channels
  • Implementing key strategic global HR Processes and procedures
  • Support process workflows: on-boarding and off-boarding, promotions, performance appraisals, key talent development, and more.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role from a high-tech, fast-paced, rapid growth environment.
  • Experience working in an international, multi-cultural environment.
  • Excellent sourcing skills, great candidate outreach, and experience building short- and long-term sourcing strategies.
  • Experience in managing recruitment processes from start to finish.
  •  Ability to be both strategic and hands-on
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail orientation,  and ability to balance and prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to work effectively with managers and employees at all levels
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew
  •  High level of energy, motivation, initiative, professionalism, and creativity
  • Familiarity with basic employment law principles in Israel and the US
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field
