About The Position
We are looking for an experienced Director of Customer Success to lead the development of Dig’s customer success strategy and methodology.
As our Director of Customer Success you’ll play a key role in growing the business by leading, shaping, and managing our Customer’s relationships.
As an ideal candidate, you have a “Can do” approach and motivation, with a technical understanding and a passion for providing true value to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop Dig’s customer success strategy from scratch.
- Plan and build tools and processes needed to support Dig’s customer retention and growth goals
- Act as a hands-on customer success manager, maintain a cadence of communication with customers to ensure successful product deployment, validate ongoing use, and identify potential expansion opportunities.
- Engage with customer executives and other influential stakeholders to identify, define, track, and measure the impact of Dig’s solution on our customers.
- Provide customers with information about new capabilities, and share information as it becomes available.
- Be part of the Product team and provide the Voice of the Customer, including customer feedback and pain points.
- Collaborating across teams with Marketing and Sales to meet customer growth opportunities.
- Work in a fast-paced, demanding, and dynamic environment.
