About The Position

We are a new and fast-growing cybersecurity start-up, focusing on Cloud Data Security and based in Tel- Aviv.

We were founded by serial entrepreneurs, who previously sold their companies and are well funded by one of the top cyber security VCs. 

Our solution is the only cloud-native solution that offers a painless, innovative, and thorough solution to protect data assets in the cloud. 

We are looking for VP Marketing with an exceptional track record of leading product-led-growth and enterprise sales for B2B Cyber/SaaS products.

This hands-on leadership role will create, shape, and be responsible for all aspects of the company’s marketing including branding, communications, product marketing and demand generation. Success will be measured by the success of the pipeline and engagement with key audiences (customers, prospects and influencers)

This is a unique opportunity to be the first marketing hire and shape the positioning of a leading team in an exponentially emerging market. You will be working directly with the company’s founders (based in Tel Aviv) and the sales and product departments to ensure the successful delivery of all marketing activities, both online and offline.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Develop and drive the branding of the company, product positioning, value proposition, and go-to-market strategy, while setting goals and KPIs and tracking them regularly.
  • Oversee all lead and demand generation processes – from community building, digital marketing and events. 
  • Partner with Sales and Product leadership and team to test and iterate on go-to-market messaging and content development
  • Own and develop a public relations strategy including analyst relations
  • Bring a data-driven approach to all marketing efforts, modeling, and forecasting ROI, analyzing funnel metrics
  • Align with the GTM leadership team on strategy, annual budgets, and plans
  • Conduct customer and market research to develop product positioning, value proposition, messaging, and competitive differentiation. 
  • Create sales kits for different verticals (solution sales decks, sales enablement, success stories, competitive positioning, demo).


At least 5 years of experience in marketing management or product marketing role, preferably leading product-led-growth for a B2B SaaS company

3+ years in a cyber security company in a leading marketing role

2+ years of experience leading marketing activities in early-stage startups – a must

Experience in the cybersecurity space

Technological “fluency”, ability to quickly grasp the challenges and opportunities of managing data security

Entrepreneurial with the ability to maximize ROI, regardless of the size of the budget

Demonstrated record of personally producing marketing deliverables, go-to-market initiatives, and exceeding goals.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

Self-starter attitude combined with strong collaboration skills

Team player; ability to work cross-functionally, great communication & presentation skills.

Proven track record of building a world-class team, both internal and external marketing talents.

Previous experience in product marketing – a big plus.

Experienced in implementing and managing marketing automation software and CRM tools – a plus.

BS/BA required
