Job Description

The Marketing Manager will own execution of marketing programs related to driving demand to accelerate Dig Security growth in all markets. This person will be a pioneer of the Dig Security marketing team, working closely with the CMO of marketing to build plans, execute programs, generate leads and build qualified pipeline in the marketplace.

This person will also work closely with internal sales, product marketing and executive teams, as well as outside agencies and vendors. This individual will play a supporting role to the CMO of Marketing for demand generation, digital marketing, event marketing, and social media worldwide, with emphasis on the U.S. geographical market.

Responsibilities

● Orchestrate multi-channel marketing programs that drive demand and revenue.

● Develop, maintain and execute demand generation plans aligned with business goals.

● Develop a deep understanding of customers, products and the buyer’s journey.

● Managed paid digital programs such as PPC, display advertising, and content syndication.

● Collaborate with CMO and upper management to get buy-in and secure budgets, as well as report results.

● Event Marketing – execution of F2F events, virtual events, digital events and webinars.

● Ensure that content reaches the right audience at the right part of the sales funnel at the right time.

● Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows.

● Manage social media presence and programs, including key social outlets such as LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook. Develop programs to increase social media reach.

Requirements:

● 4+ years of experience in field marketing and demand generation (multi-channel) in a B2B company

● Experience measuring the effectiveness of marketing programs and contribution to revenue.

● Strong written and oral communication skills

● Proficiency with Hubspot, SalesForce or other CRM software

● Proficiency with Google Ads, LinkedIn advertising

● Experience managing outside vendors across demand generation channels

● A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field preferred.

● Experience in Cyber Security company- Big advantage!
