Cyberpion is looking for an enthusiastic Office and Welfare manager to join its Tel-Aviv office in a growing & dynamic High Tech global startup company.

As Office and Welfare Manager you’ll be the heart of the company and ensure the smooth running of our office on a day-to-day basis. You’ll be responsible for organizing and coordinating administration and employee experience events. Your role is to create and maintain a positive and pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. You will be the first point of contact for employees on all office needs including maintenance, (physical) mail, shipping, office supplies and equipment, and assisting with operations tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Daily office management, including cleaning services, cafeteria supply, office maintenance, office equipment, working with the building management company, office renovation, new office construction, etc.
  • Responsible for onboarding process for new hiresOff-boarding and managing employee basic office needs (e.g. stationery, office supplies and travel arrangements)
  • Managing contracts and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers
  • Tracking office and welfare spend to ensure all operations are within budget
  • Planning and executing all company’s events and social activities such as: happy hours, holidays, gifts, etc.
  • Direct assistance to Senior management team, Office reception 
  • Coordinate travels for all the company’s employees
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years’ experience in an Office Manager role within startups / high-tech organizations
  • Fluent English – Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good at juggling tasks and ability to multi-task and prioritize work 
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A great team player, people person – service oriented 
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
  • Experience with office administrative responsibilities, systems and procedures.
