Cyberpion actively analyzes online assets while considering their connection to other assets. Its Discover-Monitor-Secure technology considers the entire infrastructure supply chain: web, cloud, DNS, and PKI infrastructures on which the security of the organization’s assets depends. The SaaS solution continuously searches for assets and their connections, detects changes that affect the security of the organization, and provides alerts and protection.

Responsibilities 

  • Handle the day-to-day IT operations, from hardware setups to account troubleshooting, and provide client-side support. 
  • Deploy, secure, and administrate infrastructure and services mostly on Azure cloud. 
  • Manage permissions and user privileges in Azure AD, Jump cloud, Atlassian and provide support for systems under the team’s scope. 
  • Hands-on experience across a wide IT scope including Windows, Linux & MacOS, software applications, and OS support experience including installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.  
  • Build IT processes, while managing our IT documentation and knowledge base.  
  • Support onboarding / offboarding processes for employees. 
Requirements:
  • 5+ Years of experience as IT System Administrator. 
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.  
  • Knowledge of Cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS). 
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms (Windows, MacOS, Linux). 
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong passion for serviceability.  
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic environment. 
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English. 
  • Knowledge of MDM software (preferably Jumpcloud) – an advantage. 
  • Experience with multi-media systems, e.g., zoom rooms – a plus
