About The Position

Cyberpion actively analyzes online assets while considering their connection to other assets. Its Discover-Monitor-Secure technology considers the entire infrastructure supply chain: web, cloud, DNS and PKI infrastructures on which the security of the organization’s assets depends. Cyberpion is searching for an experienced HR and Recruitment manager to join our People team as we scale and strengthen the correlation between talents and business. This is a hands-on role and reports directly to the Company’s COO.

Main Responsibilities

  • Full ownership on all recruitment cycle: CV screening, coordinate interviews, sourcing, conduct phone interviews and in depth frontal interviews etc.
  • Leading the end-to-end recruitment process while working alongside the hiring managers to align your hiring decisions with our business needs and the company’s culture and to understand deeply the position and the team requirements.
  • Build and design the recruitment infrastructure such as referral program, recruitment process, implement recruitment system. Sourcing passive talents through referrals, networking and sourcing tools such as Linkedin, community forums, Facebook, etc.
  • Design and implement an effective, data-driven and tailored recruiting strategy
  • Leverage people analytics to provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years hands-on experience as a RecruiterTalent Acquisition Partner in a startuphigh growth company
  • Ambitious recruiter, with a growth mindset and a creative way of thinking
  • Demonstrated experience with full-cycle global recruiting, including interview techniques and evaluation methods 
  • A sense of urgency and ability to prioritize simultaneous tasks and projects
  • Fantastic team player, who collaborates with partners at all levels, strong team player, positive and can-do approach
  • Excellent communication skills (Hebrew and English) and high relationship intelligence
