Position Overview:

We seek a skilled and motivated Controller to join our Finance team. You will manage financial operations and lead accounting closing processes in this role. We value strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate can work independently and collaboratively, handle multiple tasks, and thrive in dynamic environments. 

Requirements:

Financial Reporting and Compliance:

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including working papers, accruals, journal entries, and reporting packages.
• Assisted in preparing the monthly cash flow report and supported AR/AP processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Support annual audits by collaborating with external auditors.
• Manage tax reporting in Israel and abroad, working closely with tax advisors.

Financial Operations:

• Implement and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Manage special projects and ad-hoc tasks, including implementing new financial tools and improving existing processes.
• Work closely with accounting and legal advisors, regulators, and banks.
