We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our top-notch Product Management team!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create compelling product strategies that power our roadmap, in partnership with design and engineering leadership.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for new product features and functions in support of competitive product positioning and improvements to customer experience.
  1. Meet with customers to evangelize the product vision, understand needs and resolve customer concerns as needed.
  2. Engage with existing customers and POCs to further product feedback, answer questions and engage internal technical teams as needed to ensure customer success.
  • Collaborate with Engineering on feature designs, reviews and sign-off on capabilities to meet our customers’ needs.
  • Build effective relationships and operating rhythms with the members of the Product team inside Claroty. Drive decisions that are cohesive, inclusive, and well-informed.
  1. Operate as a Product Owner for at least one scrum team that includes engineering, UX and tech writers.
  2. Evangelize Claroty’s capabilities through Social Media, webinars and short videos.
Requirements:
  • Track record of key contributions to product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
  • Business to business cyber security experience operating a product in the large enterprise customer segment.
  • Strong technical experience
  • Ability to listen well, gain insights, articulate positions, evangelize, and influence others.
  • Ability to collaboratively create, communicate, and execute strategy with designers, engineers, and product managers.
  • Excellent influence and cross-functional engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years as a Product Manager working closely with Agile Development teams.
  • Strong technical experience in the cybersecurity industry, preferably in SIEM, MSS or Operational Technology security.
  • Experience working collaboratively with senior designers, product managers, and engineers.
  • Willing to travel to customer sites or internationally.
