Our team is growing, and we look for a senior bookkeeper that will be in charge of all bookkeeping of our US companies- Claroty Inc and Medigate Corp. You will oversee the day-to -day management of the books and building the right process to manage the operations of those subsidiaries. You will also be part of interesting processes and changes related to change in business, new tools adoption, tax and sales tax compliance

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with month, quarter, and year closing procedures
  • Responsible of day-to-day operation: AP, banking
  • Communication with other departments on financial processes (AP disbursement, purchasing and vendors)
  • AR – invoicing customers, review transaction terms and assure proper sales tax treatment
  • Manage the fix assets in the US region.
  • Sales Tax submission, 1099 reporting
  • Assist and support in external audit process
  • Support, build and operate proper internal controls
  • Provide analysis report such as cash analysis, AP analysis, etc.
  • Ad hoc accounting projects as needed
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping in a global Hi-Tech company – a mast
  • Bookkeeping Certificate Type 3 – a must
  • Proficient in Excel- Pivot, VLOOKUP, reports
  • English proficiency – High level required
  • At least 1 year working with NetSuite – big advantage
  • Knowledge in Priority ERP – Advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple activities concurrently with high work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills and a team driver
  • Deep professional Knowledge and experience in bookkeeping
  • High responsiveness
