We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Customer Care team. The PM will manage deployment projects for several accounts, whilst displaying strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.


  • Lead several complicated projects while interfacing with different teams within Claroty, Customers, or Vendors
  • Ability to determine, document, and manage the project scope, status, risks, and timelines
  • Develop and manage a detailed delivery schedule and deployment plan
  • Drive projects to closure while navigating and managing different resource schedules
  • Communicate project updates on a clear, concise, and consistent basis to various stakeholders
  • Communicate with team members and customers across different time-zones
  • Measure project performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage and build relationships between customers
  • Ability to travel up to 30%


  • Minimum 3 years of outbound project management experience – Required
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills both written and verbal – Required
  • Strong multitasking capabilities and ability to work under high pressure – Required
  • Proactive, self-motivated, assertive, and can lead
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering
  • Proficient in, Microsoft platforms, Salesforce


  • Spanish speaking
  • Knowledge and experience in the cyber security industry
  • Understanding of IT or OT Infrastructures: networking and operating system

Expected base salary of $110,000- $130,000. This is a good faith estimate but does not include equity, bonus, commissions, or other forms of compensation. Pay will be by experience level, but those outside of the salary band are welcome to apply.
