We are looking for a Global Procurement Buyer to join our Procurement team. This position will be reporting to the Procurement and Logistics Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement procurement strategy for Services & goods: IT, Marketing, Transportation, Sales, R&D and more
  • Global sourcing of suppliers and support global markets
  • Handling all stages of purchasing and logistics; from the moment the order is sent, acknowledged by suppliers ,through to shipping instructions, inbound and invoices
  • Review open order report and manage deliveries
  • Resolve invoice issues and ensure that vendors are paid on time
  • Establish RFQs, analyze vendor proposals / RFQs to select the best value, and lead commercial processes for hardware and services
  • Managing renewals of supplier’s service agreements
  • Negotiation with vendors and Initiate cost reduction processes
  • Being a procurement focal point and a partner for the stakeholders within the company
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of proven experience as a buyer in Global Hi-Tech companies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or Logistics
  • Experience in Software License procurement
  • International Supply Chain Management experience
  • High level English – read, write and expression.
  • Highly motivated, organized, with a positive “what ever it takes” attitude
  • Willingness and drive to make change in the organization
  • Proven results negotiating with suppliers to improve costs, reduce lead times, and quality
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Excel Skills, experience with Netsuite (preferred)
  • Excellent Interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Conducts all activities with the highest of integrity
