We are looking for a skilled and independent Global Account Consulting Engineer. In this position you will work closely with a high-performance sales group, Global Account Director and customer success teams to help customers secure their critical infrastructure. You are the technical portion of a team that is responsible for the organic growth of a portfolio of leading global accounts.

Our Global Account Consulting Engineers are critical to driving adoption, cross sells, and upsells with assigned strategic accounts. They are responsible to ensure advanced adoption and assist customers in fully utilizing Claroty products. This role will have a close working relationship with assigned accounts that will understand the customer’s utilization of our products and drive better adoption.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide technical direction and act as the Subject Matter Expert as it relates to Claroty´s product portfolio & cybersecurity architecture
  • Ensure our products are effectively deployed, integrated, assessed, and optimized in alignment with effective security metrics
  • Work closely with R&D/Product/data teams or other internal departments to improve and enhance the products and services offered by Claroty  
  • Create designs by interpreting Customer Security & Operational requirements
  • Deliver architecture principle workshops & training
  • Provide advisory, presentations and designs to customers
  • Create and manage an Architecture Knowledge Base
  • Support deployment services concerning architecture at a global level
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of work experience in Operational Technology Security as an Architect
  • Experience with product or service delivery for security monitoring products
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and security principles (AWS/Azure)
  • Deep understanding of IT and OT network communication protocols
  • Knowledge and understanding of various security control frameworks (e.g. IEC62443, NERC CIP, NIST, NCSC CAF)
  • Knowledge of Perdue Reference Architecture
  • Experience with the application of threat modeling or other risk identification techniques
  • Knowledge and experience in cybersecurity assessments for both OT & IT security
  • Deep understanding of Operational Technologies such as Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) software, RTUs, HMI and Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
  • Understanding of processes involved in the delivery of network forensics, threat intelligence & incident response functions
  • Understanding and experience with various scripting languages would be highly desirable
  • Ability to communicate & present to a range of technical and executive stakeholders 
  • Excellent architecture life-cycle design and documentation skills
  • Fluent English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Willingness to travel
