RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Global Head of Organizational Development at Claroty, you will:

  • Lead and implement global Organizational Development processes such as Performance Management, Learning & Development, Engagement programs, and measurement, and revise according to business needs and market advances
  • Enable business continuity and effective change management; work with HR colleagues and leaders to provide assistance on cross-company and business unit changes, including restructurings and other changes
  •  Proactive assessment of organizational challenges and opportunities, and creation of subsequent strategies,, solutions and programs.
  •  Build trust-based relationships with all internal stakeholders and with HRBPsto understand the different needs of those working in Claroty, and create cross-organizational programs to meet those needs
  • Providing consultation and HR guidance when appropriate, in alignment with HRBPs.
  • Internal communication leader for the Israel site, in alignment with Corporate Communications. This means creating an internal communications plan for the Israel sites, including a content calendar, recommended channels, and compelling and cohesive narratives to support the Israeli organization’s activities. 
  • Promote an organizational climate reflecting Claroty’s Values and deepen the implementation of these values to strengthen employee engagement
  • HR Center of Excellence: Support and up-scale HR processes, latest principles, practices, and HR trends
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience within the HR field; preferably in a global, fast-growing company 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, challenging, and constantly changing environment
  • Deep knowledge of organizational development and change management best practices and a successful track record of creating and implementing cross-organizational, regional, and business unit level plans
  • A track record of building and implementing HR programs and procedures practices from scratch, including global HR processes, Compensation Practices, Organizational Diagnosis
  • Ability to create high-level HR strategies coupled with outstanding hands-on execution abilities
  • Data-driven: Defines goals, measures impact, and success
  • Experience working with senior leaders (C/VP level)
  • Strong consultation skills including the ability to challenge and impact senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills drive to cut through complexity.
  • Results-oriented: Exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, ability to collaborate and get things done in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent research skills – always on top of the industry changes and trends.
  • Resilient, with a high level of motivation, initiative, professionalism, and a growth mindset
  • Naturally curious, empathetic, creative, has intellectual humility
  • A true team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written required
