We are looking for a skilled and independent Global Account Director. In this position you will work closely with a high-performance sales, sales engineers and customer success teams to help customers secure their must critical infrastructure. You will be responsible for the organic growth of a portfolio of leading global accounts.

The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers as well as able to leverage partners to support upsell opportunities. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

●       Establishing and maintaining strong and trusted relationships with key accounts and partner stakeholders. Managing accounts to nurture renewal and developing upsell with existing clients in order to achieve sales quotas

●       Developing a solid and trusting relationship with global clients

●       Ability to articulate the value solutions through compelling presentations. Experience in developing and presenting concise point of views to convey the value of technology solutions and services.

●       Consultative sales savvy – appropriately positions software capabilities and interacts across all levels of the organization.

●       Ability to articulate and build the client transformation plan or roadmap of leveraging Claroty technology for the digital transformation of our clients so that executive alignment is made on the journey together.    

●       Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success

●       Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks

●       Deliver successfully on enterprise quota targets

●       Generating qualified appointments and pipeline opportunities

●       Attending industry conferences and events periodically

●       Presenting and demonstrating Claroty’s products 

Requirements:

●       10+ years SaaS or SW selling both a c level value based engagements so would be applicable

●       Proven experience as Global Account management utilizing sales tools such as Miller Heiman

●       Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories

●       Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience

●       Experience in selling Network Security products

●       Experience working in a Cybersecurity company

●       Experience working with global teams

●       Strong ability to multitask

●       Adaptability, flexibility, positive energy and integrity

●       Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills

●       Excellent problem finding and solving skills

●       Willing to travel
