You are an experienced Marketing Manager who is passionate about bringing innovative, industry-leading solutions to new market segments. You will help drive marketing programs and customer engagement by promoting Claroty’s device security solutions to industrial, healthcare, and enterprise markets. You will need solid organizational skills and the ability to juggle and prioritize projects and tasks while being flexible to change and able to manage and support multiple projects concurrently. The ideal candidate will be proactive and demonstrate initiative, able to manage day-to-day workflow with minimal supervision. Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills as well as good oral and written communication are a must.


  • Align event activities with business goals; drive the strategy, planning, execution,and results for events
  • Deliver virtual and in-person events with operational and logistical excellence while building processes for repeatable and scalable event activities
  • Manage nationwide and global events, including thought leadership events, large tradeshows, client events, and other sponsored events
  • Manage event production and logistics including working with event producers, registration, attendee communications, catering, A/V production, stage design, décor, signage plans, and creating event briefs
  • Collaborate with broad cross-functional partners including creative and design, campaigns, content, marketing ops, sales, and product marketing to ensure messaging for each event is on target
  • Ensure events are properly staffed by internal Sales and SMEs
  • Manage event budget and event calendar for assigned projects
  • Generate pipeline tied directly to your marketing activities
  • Work with the Field Sales team to ensure they know of all planned activities well in advance, so they can participate with their customers
  • Evaluate, measure, and report on all marketing activity effectiveness and ROI
  • Facilitate 1×1 executive meetings at all major events including securing meeting rooms, managing calendars, and creating executive briefing books when needed
  • 5+ years experience in a similar event management role
  • Exceptional budget management, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Must be self-motivated, articulate, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to participate in interdepartmental teams
  • Ability to work smart in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Ability to think, plan and execute resourcefully
  • Must have ownership of work and be a proactive thinker
  • Must be willing to travel up to approximately 40% of the time and work long flexible hours
