We are looking for an exceptionally gifted Commercial Counsel to join our growing team of the most outstanding and creative minds in cybersecurity.  

The position is remote and relevant for UK or Ireland-based candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role you will, among other things

(i) draft and negotiate all types of agreements between the Company and its customers, partners and vendors;

(ii) ensure compliance with various regulatory and employment law matters, including privacy matters;

(iii) handle various corporate matters related to the Company’s subsidiaries in Europe;

(iv) work and coordinate with local and/or outside counsel as necessary.

Requirements:
  • A qualified lawyer authorized to practice in the UK or Ireland with a Bachelor of Laws degree or equivalent and at least 3-6 years of experience working as a commercial lawyer in a leading law firm and/or in-house legal department.
  • Significant experience negotiating various commercial transactions worldwide, with a focus on SaaS and other licensing agreements, partner agreements, and general purchasing matters.
  • Familiarity with privacy law issues, including GDPR.
  • Excellent drafting and conversational skills.
  • Ability to balance legal concerns with requirements of business.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Availability outside normal business hours.
  • Highly motivated team player, with attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with laws in EU is a plus.
  • Ability to work in German and/or French is a plus.
