We are looking for an exceptional and hardworking Cloud Monitoring Team Leader to join our growing team of the most outstanding and creative minds in industrial cybersecurity. 


  • Be part of Building and leading a monitoring and L1 24x7x365 team
  • Taking ownership of World-wide cloud services for enterprise high demanding customers
  • Work closely with regional support teams towards fast problem solving and oversee escalations diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
  • Underlying awareness of the bigger picture
  • Provide visibility through management dashboards to management 
  • Meet and track SLA
  • Keep engineers trained and up to date
  • Manage and organize shifts and their sync
  • Proactive monitoring
  • 2-3 years’ experience in leading a team of SaaS monitoring engineers
  • Experience working as a NOC Engineer or similar cloud monitoring product
  • Linux skills – Must
  • Cloud architectures understanding and hands-on experience (GCP, Azure, AWS) – Must
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and strict SLAs
  • Team player
  • Capable of adapting to others and new situations; flexible; can handle multiple tasks
  • Networking skills – Advantage
  • Cloud monitoring and support tools (Datadog, New Relic, Pagerduty, Freshservice, Jira Service Management, etc.) – Advantage
  • Ability to work flexible hours
