Responsibilities:
-Manage E2E hiring processes mainly for technology roles globally
-Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, consult them and stay current on business and market trend, provide status reports
-Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
-Advertising jobs on job sites, locating candidates, and creating new recruitment sources
-Collaborate with external agencies in order to find and locate candidates
-Use social media to interact with potential and relevant candidates
-Assist in facilitating the Employee referral program
