About the position:

As an Account Executive targeting Major Accounts, you will play an essential role on the GTM team. Responsible for championing our value, creating relationships and driving business to meet our revenue goals. You will be working with stakeholders across the organization to understand our business, the markets we’re in, and the needs of our users.

You will engage with customer stakeholders, showcase the value of our platform and partnership, and help OneStep expand our position as the market leader.

You are ideal for this role if:

  • You are a seasoned sales professional, with experience selling enterprise B2B SaaS technology.
  • You have proven success prospecting and closing new logo opportunities in fast paced environments.
  • You have a high EQ and know how to build relationships, gather requirements, understand customer use cases, set proper expectations, demo a SaaS  platform, and manage the enterprise sales cycle.
  • You are passionate about the value we offer providers.
  • You are excited by a  challenge and always looking to push yourself and the organization forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect key decision-makers within healthcare organizations, including enterprise and mid-market skilled nursing/senior living facilities, outpatient physical therapy clinics, and rehabilitation centers.
  • Collaborate across the organization, including Marketing, Customer Success, Science, and Product teams, to develop and execute lead generation strategies tailored to the healthcare industry.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, tracking all interactions and progress.
  • Provide valuable feedback to inform product development and marketing initiatives, ensuring our solutions continue to meet the evolving needs of healthcare professionals.
  • Expertly manage the sales cycle in its entirety, from initial meeting & demo to contract negotiation & closing
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
  • Manage and stimulate revenue through complex, multiple go-to-market strategies
  • Develop and implement strategic account and opportunity plans to drive revenue

Requirements:
  • 5+ years proven success selling B2B SaaS technology to enterprise accounts
  • Experience selling Healthcare Technology specifically in the SNF, SLC, AL/IL and PT markets
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Thorough understanding of prospecting, selling, and negotiating techniques
  • Team player who can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Start-up experience is a plus
