About the Role

We’re seeking a senior backend engineer with deep AI/ML expertise who’s hungry for impact and

takes extreme ownership. You’ll architect and build the core platform that powers our AI-driven

enterprise application generation system. This is a senior backend role with platform engineering

depth – you’ll design scalable systems, build the infrastructure that enables AI agents to work, and

own the backend from architecture to production.

In This Role You’ll

● Architect and build the core platform infrastructure – the foundation that powers our AI-driven enterprise application generation

● Design, build, and own end-to-end Generative AI services – from first prompt to production rollout including multi-agent workflows – combining RAG, function calling, and tool chaining.

● Build and scale Python backend services and AI/ML pipelines with the ability to handle platform-level complexity and scale

● Deploy and maintain solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure – contribute to CI/CD, deployment automation, and DevOps tooling

Requirements:

What You Bring



Must have:

● 6+ years building production-grade backend or ML systems, with experience building platforms from the ground up

● Strong proficiency in Python and modern backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django) with platform engineering mindset

● Deep cloud experience (AWS preferred) – architecting and deploying production systems at scale

● Experience architecting and building scalable backend platforms – you’ve designed core systems that others build on top of

● Tangible experience with LLMs – prompting, fine-tuning, or deploying them behind an API (show us what you’ve shipped)

● Data-oriented personality analytical mind, and problem-solving aptitude

● Track record of extreme ownership – you ship it, you own it; taking systems from concept to production independently

● “Can-do” approach – you’ve solved hard problems and know how to figure things out

Nice to have:

● React, TypeScript, and JavaScript skills for frontend contribution

● Hands-on with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, PGVector) or semantic search systems

● Experience with common ML toolkits – Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Langchain

● Experience implementing policy, safety or red-teaming frameworks around GenAI

● Experience with multi-agent AI systems or agentic workflows

● Open-source contributions or published research in NLP / generative modeling

● Salesforce (SFDC) development experience (Apex, SOQL, Metadata API)

● Builder platform experience – systems that enable others to build and create

● Experience with graph databases or knowledge graph systems

● DevOps and infrastructure automation (Terraform, CI/CD)

● Previous startup or high-growth company experience
