Panax is a well funded Series A Fintech startup based in Tel Aviv and New York. Our mission is to empower finance teams to efficiently and easily manage cash and liquidity. We are building a cash flow management platform that enhances the ability to manage cash and liquidity effectively.

This is a great opportunity to join our Ops team as a Technical Onboarding Manager and own the onboarding cycle end-to-end. We’re a dynamic, fast-moving team, with amazing people, and this role is key to our success in revolutionizing the way companies manage their cash. 

What will you be working on?

You will be responsible for connecting new and existing platforms and banks to Panax, while ensuring a smooth and timely onboarding experience. A major part of this role includes interacting and following up with our customers, their banks, and internal teams. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves problem-solving, enjoys customer interaction, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Managing the onboarding process and bank connections end-to-end
  • Ensuring a positive, seamless, and timely onboarding experience
  • Identifying optimal bank connectivity methods and coming up with creative technical solutions
  • Troubleshooting connectivity issues during implementation
  • Communicating and following up with customers, banks, and internal teams to ensure successful integrations (video calls & emails)
  • Developing and maintaining guides and resources to assist our team and customers
  • Ensuring smooth handovers to the rest of the team
  • Collaborating with internal teams when new development is required

Requirements:

  • Industrial Engineering & Management or similar analytical degree
  • English & Hebrew – fluent (writing & speaking)
  • 1-3 years experience in operations and customer-facing roles
  • Natural creative problem solver 
  • Technical orientation and autodidact abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel, including functions (e.g. VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.) – must
  • Great interpersonal skills – enjoy interacting with customers and teammates
  • Detail-oriented, organized, with strong follow-up skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and innovative startup environment
