Description
OX Security is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as a key technical partner in the sales process, working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to help win deals. Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for someone with a strong sales mindset who thinks creatively to solve customer challenges, fights for every opportunity, and clearly demonstrates the technical and business value of our platform to both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the technical sales cycle end-to-end, from the first demo through Proof of Concept to technical win, articulating both technical capabilities and business value to engineering teams and executive stakeholders.
- Partner with the sales team to develop technical strategies aligned with customer needs and drive deal success.
- Work closely with security and engineering teams to understand their DevSecOps workflows and position the platform effectively.
- Act as the bridge between customers and OX Security’s Product and Engineering teams, bringing customer feedback into product development.
- Support deals through technical proposals, architecture guidance, and tailored documentation.
- Represent OX Security at conferences, events, and customer meetings, including travel to support strategic opportunities.
